Who processes your data

What we collect

When you send a booking request on this website, we collect only what is needed to handle it:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• your requested dates and number of guests

We never ask for payment card details on this site, and we collect no sensitive data.

Why we use it

This data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote, confirm your stay and communicate with you before, during and after it. The legal basis is the performance of the rental contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you initiated.

Who we share it with

Your booking data is stored in Lodgify, the property management software that holds our calendar and reservations. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors and do not use your data for any other purpose.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Analytics and advertising

We measure site traffic with Vercel Analytics, a cookieless tool that cannot identify you.

We also use Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs. These cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them in the banner shown on your first visit: until you accept, no advertising cookie is written. If you accept and send a booking request, your email address may be sent to Google in encrypted (non readable) form to measure the conversion. You can decline, or change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Data relating to an actual stay is kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, which is 10 years for supporting documents.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, or object to its processing. Write to j.rocher@alsensia.ch and we will reply within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access keys to our booking software are stored server side and are never exposed in your browser.
